Do you still have to be level 100 to use an Ultrum elixir if you have been level 100 before? Also is there any reduction on the 100 for different tiers? I know this was asked before and someone had commented that it might get changed but I could not find any info on it.
yes it works with the reduced for tiers and opal, so tier 2 level 1 opal will be level 90 for it
