I was trying to obtain S80 skills for my class. The drop rate for quest item in pagan temple is surprisingly low as I have been hunting in Pagan temple for weeks, still no luck. Can we increase the drop rate or spawn the boss more frequently for starters?
which one are you looking for? i might have a spare to give you. they are insanely low though. when i first started playing this server i would hunt there all the time and would get maybe 1 book a week. i never got the hurricane book to drop, and that was easily months of hunting there.
I need book on combat, Obs needs hurricane book.
ive got almost every other s80 spell except those 2. 
sorry. pure combat is not worth your time to learn, hurricane however is.
