Weapons with special abilities

Hi all, just wondering how you can tell if an item has special abilities? For example, if I bought a Soul Bow, how do I know if it has Cheap Shot?

Cheap shot means you get a magic arrow while shooting. You don’t need carry arrows

It’ll say cheap shot if the bow has been “enhanced” by the npc in warp 8
