Two black side bars while playing full screen mode

I just installed the game in my new laptop with the screen resolution recommended to 1366x768, and when I open the game, the game screen appear in the center while there are two blank black bars on each side of the screen. This is just weird. How can I fix this problem?

also, when i go to display setting and changed to any other resolution, it changed to window mode, then the game crashed. While I’d like to play it at full screen mode. I just need to know how I can fix the black bars. Thank you.

I play on a desk top and get the same. It’s probably because the graphics aren’t designed for the HD aspect ratio. I prefer the side bars because the graphics would be stretched and distorted if client filled the entire screen.

My desktop is stretched and my laptop has the bars, no idea how or why. I think it’s stuck that way
