I think there may be a bug with Orim’s Sin instance. Twice over the last week or so I haven’t gotten the instance key when I completed the quest. It says I got the key but it never ended up in my inventory. Last time it happened to me was earlier this morning.
This happens to me at least 2 times a week and it’s not just that instance. It has happened to me in every instance.
I’ve asked zaj about it and no solution. Idk if we are the only ones? I’ve asked on global about it before and no one seems to respond
