It’s a mystery effect. Last I knew it allowed you to enter the secret room in the upper left corner of the -shop area.

Some speculate luck…but who knows really. Far all we know it could do absolutely nothing 
The effect Breeze mentioned is the only effect I’ve confirmed. I have no plans to confirm nor deny any other of the many effects it does have. It does have several effects though!
